This is a long overdue review L Dani has saved me twice now! I first found Dani’s book on online teaching on the book shelf at the Barnes and Noble in 2006 right around the time I lost my IT job due to budget cuts. I didn’t really know what to do, so I spent my days looking for work with desperation. I had just picked up a cup of coffee and I was walking around the bookstore and there it was, my first introduction to online teaching. I have to say all of her techniques work without question! Many folks ask me about how much work is involved. Success requires dedication, persistence and hard work! I started with one online school in 2007 and I will never forget when I picked up a second school. By then I had another job in IT and on one particular day in November, I was driving in a blizzard driving 79 miles one way back home. That day I realized I could totally teach online full time. A couple of weeks later I quit my job and pursued full time online teaching. I met Dani in 2009 and even this last year with the economy courses seemed to be in short supply. Once again Dani sent me a flotation device with her consulting, reworked my CV and in just five days’ work began to flow again. Thank you so much Dani!

How to Make Money Teaching Online Seminar

I recently had the opportunity and the good fortune to attend Dr. Danielle Babb's "How to Make Money Teaching Online" workshop in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Dani Babb, her book (Online Education) and online teaching resources, have really paved the way for me to re-enter the online teaching field. I was an online educator from 2002-2005, for Rio Salado College (Tempe, AZ), when I lived in AZ. During summer 2004, my family and I moved to Ohio and I gradually stopped getting classes assigned to me via Rio Salado College. During winter 2008, I saw Dr. Babb getting interviewed on the Today Show and discussing her book....I bought the book and purchased the CV template from her website...I have worked on getting back into online education and am so happy to report that I am starting to work in online education (via Kaplan University) in the near future! I did not have much money or time to devote to promoting myself as an online educator, either. The book was (and still is!) such a valuable resource. I\'m looking forward to the next one! Dani I would like to thank you for the motivation

Dani I would like to thank you for the motivation. I recently received a provisional patent. I was in a very serious farm accident, my right leg was amputated, my left leg was severly injured and in december of 08 I had 13inches of my colen removed. My patent is for a completly new style of walker. With this new desine it is impossible to fall. I beleive this will be agreat asset to our injured soldiers as well as anyone having say a knee or hip replacement. I have had both docters and therapists show interest in this device. I have allways worked with my hands and have limeted business knowledge. Any advice would be great. THANKS DAVE as Im sure you can tell I have no clue how to use tecnology.

My Inspiration

I have to say that Dr. Babb has been my inspiration to get my doctorate. If I would not have read her book, I would have never heard of Nova Southeastern University (where Jim Mirabella got his doctorate). I will graduate with my doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Curriculum Development in May 2010. My dissertation has been approved and am now looking for a Higher Education Teaching Job...thanks to Dr. Babb!!! She is my angel sent from heaven!!
