MISSISSAUGA, ON and KATY, TX – One year after their strategic merger, Edusity has fully acquired The Babb Group (TBG), a leading academic consultancy focused on instructional design, curriculum development and professor employment.
The full acquisition sees The Babb Group and its academic job search portal Professor Services, fully integrated into the international operations of the Edusity family of companies that now includes Edusity.com, TheBabbGroup.com, ProfessorServices.com and Cudoo.com.
“The Babb Group’s instructional design expertise, and their network of subject matter experts, combined with our Edusity technological specialties, is evolving online curriculum delivery,” said Edusity co-founder Vishal Shah. “The Babb Group’s influence will continue to ensure our entire organization prioritizes the learner experience as each of the four companies grow.”

The instructional design industry has seen much activity over the past few months as institutes of higher education respond to increasing student demand for fully-online courses, microcredentials and programs. Last month, TBG appointed two new instructional designers and a new manager of instructional design due to the company’s rapid growth.
